Objectives:
The ERTM/ERRM course is based on the IMO Model Course 2.07 “Engine Room Simulator.” This course fulfills the training requirements for competencies stated in STCW 2010 A-III/1 (Manila amendments) part A of the STCW Code 2010, and Regulation III/1, Section A-III/1, Table A-III/1, and A&B-VIII/2. It provides a comprehensive understanding of engine room resource management, emphasizing leadership, managerial skills, and teamwork.
Scope of the Course:
This course aims to provide a fundamental understanding of engine room resource management. Participants will engage in leadership and team exercises, demonstrating their knowledge of leadership, managerial skills, and teamwork abilities.
