The primary goal of this course is to educate workers on their rights and responsibilities when working at heights, ensure safe practices in line with regulatory standards, and provide instruction on selecting, inspecting, and using industry-standard fall arrest equipment, including harnesses and lanyards.

Working alone and the Hierarchy of Control Measures

Fall prevention regulations and workplace inspections

Fall Prevention:

Use of guardrails, protective covers, warning barriers, and travel restraint systems

Fall Protection Systems and PPE:

Selection, inspection, and setup of fall protection equipment and anchor points
