# Flexibility and fairness: While optional fees will offer some flexibility, a uniform fee may not go over as well if some people use amenity and others never spend any time around it.

# Financial stability: Consistent amenity fees will help provide some more of the stability that you need in. your budget. But if you try to hike the fees up too high all of a sudden, the residents you already have could get upset.
