Fruit salad with hot chilli peppers

This fruit salad is a perfect snack for hot days. It is light, refreshing and above all healthy. Based on fruit, such as pears or nectarines, it is a real vitamin bomb. In the summer season, it is often an alternative to heavy dishes.

Spicy fruit salad

- 100g pears

- 100g cantaloupe melon pulp

- 100g grapes

- 100g nectarines

- 100g peeled pineapple

- 3 tablespoons liquid honey

- 1 teaspoon ground chilli 

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 

- 1 tbsp chopped mint

- Lemon juice

Preparation: Mix the honey with the chilli and pepper. Blend the pears and rub through a sieve. Cut the grapes in half and take out the seeds. Dice the melon, pineapple and nectarines. Combine the pureed pears with the honey and lemon juice. Mix the fruit with the mint and place in a salad bowl. Finally, pour the sauce over everything.
