What are the Numberle rules?

Only when the guess includes the right equation is it approved.
There must be one "=" in each guess.
Only the digits 1 through 9 and the symbols +, -, *, and = may be used by players.
To the right of the "=" in the equation must be an integer.
Order is crucial. If 10 + 20 = 30, 20 + 10 = 30 isn't close enough.
