Group training is usually run in blocks. These can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 week intervals. At Warehouse Gym and Fitness, we find that the best results are achieved when you dedicate a focused amount of time to your discipline. This gives you the opportunity to genuinely learn about the techniques involved while improving your skills and level of fitness. Working intimately with a coach for a specific amount of time on a certain discipline provides a different type of result. Often more maintainable and enjoyable than broader activities like cardio classes.The different types of sessions are run uniquely by our coaches. It all depends on what you’re looking to get out of your training experience. Whether it’s crossfit, HIIT, boxing classes or any sort of lifting, we’ll match you with a suitable coach with expertise and experience in that area.
