Group training is usually run in blocks. These can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 week intervals. At Warehouse Gym and Fitness, we find that the best results are achieved when you dedicate a focused amount of time to your discipline. This gives you the opportunity to genuinely learn about the techniques involved while improving your skills and level of fitness. Working intimately with a coach for a specific amount of time on a certain discipline provides a different type of result. Often more maintainable and enjoyable than broader activities like cardio classes.The different types of sessions are run uniquely by our coaches.
