Milo himself says that caffeine is naturally found in cocoa. Milo powder contains 0.011-0.024 g of caffeine / 100 g Milo, i.e. 2.2 mg-4.8 mg for 20 g Milo.

Verdict

This is less than 10 percent of the caffeine found in a cup of instant coffee. 2 g of instant coffee contains about 70 mg of caffeine per serving.
