This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Learning and Development Lead for Inclusion. This is a new role that is part of our anti-racism programme team. The programme brings together colleagues from a broad range of specialist areas and expertise alongside a dedicated anti-racism working group, to deliver a number of projects that will have a profound effect on UNICEF UK’s vision of becoming an anti-racist organisation. We have defined clear goals and objectives and as Learning and Development Lead, you will own the planning and delivery of comprehensive, engaging learning and talent development activities, aligned with these goals and with our inclusion strategy.
