My mom was doing this for a while but found it to be too physically/mentally demanding and too much driving. She’s young, not quite 50. She stopped because the pay just wasn’t worth the effort. Not horrible but not enough. She does S.A.F.E management now and loves it. It’s event security/misc. like ticket taking, bag check, etc. she’s worked tons of concerts, baseball games, even got to go to the Super Bowl! This is in AZ; not sure if the company itself is nationwide but I’m sure there are similar if not.
