1. Check if the shaft seal is aging or deformed. If bearing wear is severe, use extreme caution when replacing pump components. It is recommended to use a flat and hard object to transfer it to the shaft. The outer diameter of the object is consistent with the shaft seal, and is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the bearing. Fixed position to prevent shaft seal deformation and bearing damage.

2. When replacing the pump core, please pay attention to whether the new and old pump core models are compatible. After confirming the corresponding model, you can install it. Before installation, clean the inside wall of the pump casing, add lubricant, and install the pump core. If the pump core cannot be placed smoothly in place during installation, check that the stator and the oil distribution plate of the pump core are concentric. After adjusting the concentricity, install and install the pump element. After that, confirm whether the positioning pin of the pump core is fixed on the positioning hole of the pump casing, and check whether the seal ring is complete and flat. To prevent trimming of the seal, tighten the connection screws of the pump casing evenly and gradually.

3. When installing the oil pump, first check whether the inlet and outlet flanges of the oil pump and the seals of all pipelines are aging and deformed. At the same time, the dirt on the inner wall of the oil inlet pipe should be cleaned, and the sealing performance of each connection of the oil inlet pipe should be checked.

4. When adjusting the direction of the oil inlet and outlet of the oil pump, just turn the fixing screw of the casing, and then you can rotate the upper casing, and then tighten it to the position guide required for rotation. Do not pull up the pump core, otherwise the positioning pins of the pump core and the positioning holes of the pump casing will be misaligned or the seals at the connection between the upper and lower pump casings will be misaligned.

5. After installing the oil pump, check whether the coupling is worn and deformed, and whether the pump shaft is concentric with the motor shaft. The simple way is to rotate the coupling by hand to feel uniform and flexible.

6. Check the motor shaft and bearings for deformation and wear. If the shaft is oscillating, confirm whether the shaft is deformed or the bearings are worn, and prevent the life of the pump from being affected by motor problems.

7. Before starting the motor, check that the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is clean enough and that the filter is deformed and clean. It is recommended to clean the fuel tank thoroughly and replace the new hydraulic oil and filter according to the standard. To prevent the pump from catching fire, make sure that the pump body is filled with hydraulic fluid. Loosen the exhaust valve of the oil pump oil outlet, remove the air from the pump body and pipeline, and perform a jog start under no load. After normal operation, tighten the exhaust valve or oil outlet.

8. During the operation of the oil pump, please pay attention to whether the oil level, oil temperature, working pressure, etc. meet the requirements. The oil level after normal work should usually be more than 50mm above the top of the filter. Otherwise, the oil pump may suck up and make noise. The oil temperature should be controlled below 60 degrees Celsius to prevent the oil temperature from becoming too high and destroying the protective oil film formed by the friction surface.
