Electrochemical bright treatment technology for aluminum tube can also be used to remove microcracks and embedded foreign impurities from the aluminum tube's surface, in addition to removing burr and other imperfections. In other words, the aluminum tube does not have any energy input into its surface, which allows it to be changed in terms of the surface tension and compressive stress of the tube. 1. An aluminum tube is wound around the outside of a steel tube, and the coil is energized with alternating current. As the current of the alternating current is reduced, the aluminum tube is reduced until it is completely depleted.
