About the International Guitar Festival

The « Festival international de guitare » is an annual, free event held in early August in the beautiful perched village of Montauroux. Since its creation in the year 2000, the Guitar Festival has enjoyed growing success, becoming an unmissable summer event for residents and tourists alike.

The line-up for the International Guitar Festival in Montauroux has been extended over the years to cover a full three to four days and celebrates guitar music in all its different forms, including classical, jazz, pop, and rock. The venues vary from the historical Chapel of St. Bartholemew to the central Place du Clos, which hosts the main stage for the evening acts and headliners.
