Scotch tape is the most important thing that you will require for this technique. 

Choose a long-lasting eye liner of your choice for this technique. You can opt for Viseart’s Eye Pencil. 

Use a small piece of scotch tape and stick it to the back of your hand. By doing so, you can reduce the stickiness of the tape. This way, it won’t hurt your eyes when you take it off at the end of the technique. 

Now, take the tape from the back of your hand and put it on your eye’s outer corner, at a certain angle. While sticking the tape, make sure that it touches your bottom lash line and goes upwards. However, avoid sticking the tape to your waterline because that may hurt your eyes. For similar-looking wings on both eyes, make sure that you stick the tape on both eyes at similar angles.

Draw a line from your eye’s inner corner to the outer corner along your lash line. Now, extend the line upwards along the tape. There are chances that you may get traces of the eyeliner on the tape. However, you do not need to worry, because once you peel the tape off, you will get a clean winged eyeliner look. Make sure that you invest in a good smudge proof eyeliner for this technique. 

Now, draw a second line starting from the end of the first line and bring it downwards, thereby forming a triangular shape, known as the wing. Make sure that you fill in the gaps in the triangle. 

To make the eyes look wider, keep the line along your lash line thinner as compared to the winged part.
