And now, he is on a mission to bring changes in others’ lives as well. The basic 6 rules that he followed were:
- Eating only potatoes, although you can experiment with a variety of them such as sweet potatoes. He didn’t count the intake of the potatoes and consumed as many as he could until his hunger is satisfied. On average he consumed 8-9 pounds of potatoes in a day’s diet.
- Used only a few herbs, spices, and other fat-free sauces. He says that adding some soya milk in the mashed potatoes can make the taste go from 0 to 100 in no time.
- He discarded everything from oil to dairy products such as cheese and also gave up eating meat and eggs. He says that even oils can harm your health in ways you cannot imagine.
- Try to exercise about 90 minutes a day, according to your comfort and schedule.
- He tips people about not fearing the carbs as they can be healthy too if consumed in a correct way. He says that all he ate was mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, or baked potatoes, but that never affected the consistency of his weight loss.
- Avoid taking unnecessary supplements other than B12.
