The Ring Plunger set is also known as Torpedo or Nose cone Set and it is mostly applicable for injection molding machines. Our Ring Plunger Sets have high tensile strength and we are known for their precise construction. We use different materials for the production of our RP Sets. The materials used for RP Sets are EN41B, H13, and D2. To make the RP Sets toughened and hardened, we use the gas nitriding process. The diameters available are 14mm to 200mm and the surface hardness that our RP Sets provide is between 62 to 65 HRC.
