Cholesterol is an essential substance which is produced by the human body and people also consume in foods. It is a type of lipid; it's a waxy and fat-like substance which is produced by the liver naturally. It helps in the formation of some hormones and vitamin D. Effects of cholesterol increase-

What Is A Normal Cholesterol Level?

A normal cholesterol level depends on age factor also because any person whose age is under 19 years can have HDL more than 45mg/dl, LDL less than 100mg/dL, and similarly, Non-LDL is less than 120 mg/dl. Basically, a healthy 19 year or younger person should have cholesterol Less than 170mg/dL.

Men age 20 years or more are considered to have cholesterol levels 125 to 200mg/dL.
