The principle of nylon fabric

Hangzhou Xiaoshan Zhengda Textile Co., Ltd. is a professional nylon fabric factory. Next, introduce some knowledge about nylon fabrics.
Nylon fabric is a polymer, which means it is composed of long chains of carbon-based molecules. There are many different types of nylon fabrics, but most of them are derived from polyamide monomers, which are extracted from crude oil.
In most cases, the monomer used in the production of nylon fabrics is hexamethylene diamine, which is sometimes abbreviated as diamino acid. The monomer is extracted from crude oil, and the rest of the oil is sometimes used for other purposes, but it can be discarded.
In order for the polymer to be called nylon, the diamino acid is forced to react with adipic acid. This type of polymer is commonly referred to as PA 6,6, which is the first type of polymer used in nylon fabrics. Then, this material is extruded through a spinneret. After being extruded through the spinneret, the nylon immediately hardens, and the resulting fiber is then ready to be loaded onto the bobbin.
These fibers are then stretched to increase their strength and elasticity, and then they are wound onto another spool in a process called "stretching." This process arranges the polymer molecules into a parallel structure, and after the drawing process is completed, the resulting fiber can be spun into clothing or other forms of fiber.
