You could play a game for 1,000 hours however it doesn't mean you're enjoying the game. You've seen the meme of someone writing an unfavourable Steam review with a whopping 5,000 hours on record. But let's face facts this isn't such an actual concept anymore.

I've spent countless minutes into Fallout 4, and I could have had fun with about five of them. It was all about the promise of fun, by playing that bloody 'kill loot and return' loop fooling my brain into thinking it was having fun. It's been interesting to read what you've all said about Skyrim and you've come crawling back to it over and over. This is a shame for all of us.

However, what about RuneScape Gold? I'm not sure. It's usually easy to spot any of these games and how they eat up your life and then you complain about it on the internet. But RuneScape is different. When I'm not gaming, I'm not sure if I have an opinion on the game. I can hear the music in my head and feel a gravitational pull to return to it. I realized that the music was playing on mobile was a mistake. My family hasn't heard from me in days.
