With so much competition What makes a zealous seller want to work with you and not an alternative vendor? Discover the answer and make it happen!

Therefore, establish a goal of 5 per week? 10 per week? And make it happen. Call owners of homes for sale, or call for rent signs (maybe the owner will sell) contact sellers on Craigslist. Find sellers wherever you can and then phone them to discuss your needs. You'll see that a majority of them have the same 3-5 questions. Know how to answer those. Research the best answers for your questions. As with every undertaking, success in real estate investing requires time and practice.

(3) Track Record - What are your successes? They'll be interested to be aware. What are your experiences? Are you part of a community that can share experiences? It takes time to create an established track record, however, you'll discover sellers more inclined to sell to you after you've had bought and sold experiences to offer to them.

(4) Trust The fourth element is trust. We all want believe in the person we do business with. Selling a home is usually the largest purchase anyone can make, so trust plays an important role in selling and buying everything else they do. Building trust rests on you However, the more experience and successes you've had the more trust you'll in a position to build and the more simple it will be to carry out.

As you can observe, it's about a lot more than your offer. We've heard from many a seller that an investor had offered more, but they chose to sell to us because they are confident that we will perform exactly what we've promised. What we can promise after a myriad of deals over so many years is that we'll be able to buy properties, we've bought properties, and we will continue to buy properties.
