AZEE 500MG contains azithromycin, which belongs to a group of medicines called macrolide antibiotics. It is used to treat infections caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, including infections of the chest, throat, or nose, ear infections, skin and soft tissue infections, sexually transmitted diseases, and infections of the tube that carries urine from the bladder (urethra) or from the cervix (cervix).

AZEE 500MG is a kind of broad-spectrum antibiotic. It is effective at killing many types of gram-positive bacteria, some types of gram-negative bacteria, and other microorganisms. The use of this medicine in children and adolescents weighing less than 45 kg is not recommended. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, or liver problems. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

Bacterial infections

Azee 500 Tablet 3 slows the growth or sometimes kills harmful bacteria by preventing the production of proteins necessary for the bacteria to survive. Prevents and treats bacterial infections such as throat and sinus infections, chest infections (such as bronchitis and pneumonia), ear infections, mouth and tooth infections, eye infections, skin and tissue infections (such as acne), stomach and intestinal infections. It is better tolerated and has more effective tissue penetration than similar antibiotics such as erythromycin. The doctor prescribes Azee 500 Tablet 3 for people intolerant to penicillin antibiotics. Apart from this, it also helps in preventing infections after burns, surgery or dental procedures, sexually transmitted infections, bone infections or scarlet fever (bacterial disease with sore throat).

Instructions For Use :
If your doctor has prescribed the capsule form of Azee 500 Tablet 3, you should take it at least 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after a meal with a glass of water. Azee 500 Tablet 3 tablet and liquid forms can be taken with a meal or on an empty stomach.

Azee 500 Tablet 3's Side Effects :

Most of the side effects of Azee 500 Tablet 3 do not require medical attention and gradually disappear over time. However, if side effects persist, contact your doctor. The most common side effects of Azee 500 Tablet 3 are diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, and stomach cramps, loss of appetite, bloating, and indigestion. Very rarely it may cause chest pain, skin rash, stomach pain, yellowing of the skin/eyes, fits (convulsions), dark urine, hallucinations, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), imbalance (dizziness). These side effects may only last a short time, but if they persist, see your doctor.
