The Government of Malaysia has introduced a number of policies to manage workforce shortage and ensure that Malaysians are not neglected by employers due to the lack of manpower.

In Malaysia, the low supply of skilled labour from the workforce is a persistent issue. However, there are solutions to overcome this obstacle. Moreover, recruitment platforms can be a source of qualified candidates for positions that might not be easily accessible to companies.



Malaysia is going through a period of rapid economic growth and these factors will lead to an increased demand for labour in the next few years. The recruitment agencies have a large pool of local skilled workforce that they can provide, so they are able to meet the requirements of Malaysian companies despite their limitations in looking for manpower locally. There are many benefits that agencies can provide such as increased efficiency and lower costs compared with employing staff directly.
