Carleesha Porter Delgardo, PMP, is a seasoned executive with over two decades of extensive experience in the cable and telecommunications industry, complemented by her current role in healthcare management. Starting her career in 1998 at Comcast Cable, Carleesha excelled in various leadership roles, ranging from Manager of Ops Support/Dispatch & MIS to Director of Business Operations, Business Services. Her tenure at Comcast was marked by profound operational improvements and strategic team leadership, significantly enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

In 2017, Carleesha joined Blue Stream, formerly Advanced Cable Communications, as the Vice President of Operations, where her strategic oversight was instrumental in scaling operations and elevating company performance. Her leadership helped drive company revenue from $40 million to $400 million, culminating in a successful sale of the company in June 2020.

Carleesha’s academic background includes a decade-long tenure at Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Further enhancing her leadership capabilities, Carleesha completed the WICT Rising Leaders Program in 2013 and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Transitioning to the healthcare sector, Carleesha leveraged her operational prowess to secure both agency certification and accreditation for Working Nurses Home Care as VP of Operations in 2018, followed by achieving Medicare certification in October 2020. In January 2021, she fully transitioned to the healthcare industry, assuming the roles of CEO and CFO at Working Nurses Home Care. Here, she continues to apply her extensive experience in driving results, leading teams through change, and implementing best practices across all levels of the organization.
