Ingredients:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons of corn flour

1 teaspoon pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh coriander for garnish

Spicy Honey Sauce:              

Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons vinegar

3 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup

Instructions:

1.     Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves and stem, and separate it into medium-sized florets. Soak the florets in hot water for 5 minutes to blanch them.

2.     Mix the all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl. Add a little water to the mixture to form a paste-like consistency.

3.     Dip each cauliflower into the flour mixture until well coated.

4.     Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add cauliflower one by one and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

5.   While the cauliflower cooks, prepare the spicy honey sauce. In a saucepan, combine minced garlic, salt, chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Stir well to blend.

6.     Add some water and cook on a low flame until the sauce thickens.

7.     After cooking the cauliflower, Toss the cooked cauliflower with spicy honey sauce until fully coated. At last, add 1/4 cup of honey to this mixture.

8.     Serve the Spicy Honey Cauliflower Wings hot, garnished with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
