Even though Animal Crossing: New Horizons improved upon many of the features that were already present in the Animal Crossing series, it has the potential to improve on some key aspects of its gameplay in order to further improve players' experiences. Incorporating new craftable food items, organizing decoration competitions between Villagers and players, increasing the amount of available land for players to build on, and allowing traveling vendors to become permanent additions to player islands are all methods Nintendo could employ to update ACNH. While Nintendo has not yet provided any details about the upcoming updates, it appears that Animal Crossing: New Horizons players will be treated to some sort of bonus content this year. Since Summertime has begun in the majority of countries in the northern hemisphere, Animal Crossing has made adjustments to accommodate the warmer weather conditions.

The Game Animal Crossing: New Horizons Has the Potential to Make Fishing More Fun

Despite how many people have asked for The Roost and Brewster to return in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it has yet to be re-introduced despite the fact that the game has been out for a year or more now. Even though New Horizons has already received a number of significant updates, it appears that Nintendo has been putting less and less emphasis on the game in recent months - as evidenced by the fact that this year's E3 Expo came and went with little mention of the game's Animal Crossing Island Designs. There have been a few leaks about potential upcoming changes, such as island expansions, but so far there has been no official word on them, leaving plenty of room for speculation about what the potential new features might look like.

Animal Crossing Villagers: Is Agent S, Kid Cat's sidekick, really Kid Cat?

The café has previously been found beneath the museum in previous Animal Crossing games, and it appears that this will be the case if the café is included in New Horizons as well. Due to the length of time that the game has been available, as well as the meticulousness with which some players tend to go about island customization and excessive terraforming, expecting them to find room for an entirely new building seems unlikely - unless, of course, The Roost were to arrive after that rumored Animal Crossing island expansion update. In light of the fact that K. K. Slider now has his own space in which to perform concerts, New Horizons is unlikely to create a new space for him in The Roost, which means that the café could be small enough to easily fit into the existing museum structure. The majority of the bugs and fish have already appeared in the game, but this is a great opportunity to get them if the player missed out on them previously.

Villagers in Nintendo's Animal Crossing: New Leaf may become competitors

A unique way to introduce returning characters from the series who have yet to appear in New Horizons could be provided by bringing back the option to play as a barista. Non-playable characters (NPCs) such as Joan and Pelly, who no longer have a role in the franchise's most recent title, could be brought back as customers in Animal Crossing Bells. New Horizons could also make the café more of a minigame, which would add more variety to the gameplay and help to keep New Horizons feeling new and interesting. As an alternative, it could simply be used to allow players to further develop their relationships with the villagers on their respective islands. It appears that allowing Brewster and The Roost to return to Animal Crossing: New Horizons would be a positive step forward for the game, regardless of how they go about doing so. Another aspect of July 2021 to keep in mind is that the northern hemisphere will be receiving the vast majority of new content during that month.

Is it necessary for Animal Crossing: New Horizons to have a Zelda crossover?

The first anniversary of Animal Crossing: New Horizons has come and gone, and the game has only continued to grow in terms of items and recipes since its release. With new design options now available to players, Nintendo may consider making vendors more accessible to players as a result of this development. By converting visiting vendors and merchants into permanent additions on player islands, the number of buildings available to players is increased, and characters such as Redd and Kicks would benefit from the presence of a thrift store or shoe store on the island. Incorporating cooking and food items into Animal Crossing New Horizons would be one of the most straightforward methods of introducing new activities. These could each be animal crossing bell, and instead of being shaped like spikey stars, they could be round and surrounded by rings of brightly colored light that corresponded to the planets in question. It is possible to use these to make miniature planet lights, planetary wallpaper, string lights, or clothing with a space theme.
