Dental SEO marketing can be challenging for those trying to put the latest marketing techniques into practice, especially when most dentists have no marketing skills.

Do Not Do What Everyone Else Is Doing

In my consultations with dentists, I ask the team to write down the 3 things it does differently from any other practice, and they all seem to write the same thing. It should be different and address market areas that no one invests in, so keep this in mind when investing in marketing.

Generic Website and SEO Companies

Many SEO and website design companies charge dental offices to raise money for their services and raise their hands. And then they just use templates that have images like other offices, using the same SEO standards as any other practice in their template. Not everyone can be # 1 on Google with the same search term, so to get traffic from SEO companies, you have to be true to what you expect.

Just because it's ranked # 1 in certain SEO terms doesn't mean people are looking for it. For example, if your SEO company says it ranks first on the Dental Office term and you check the search results and find that less than 100 people per month are searching for that term, it may not be a good finish.

The most important thing is to set a high bar for the terms that people are actually searching for, so check out the list of the most searched terms for the service you provide. Social media marketing can work, but it can be costly if done the wrong way. Facebook ads are great, but you need to set limits on your spending and make sure you see the return on your investment.

Direct Mails

Despite what SEO companies say, direct mail messages are not dead. Yes, most people are on the internet right now, but be sure to get some ideas on your dental website template marketing plan before diving in and investing. You should also think about not putting all your eggs in one basket - if you spend money on dental marketing online, make sure you spend money on dropshipping. Things like postcards, handwritten envelopes, and "unusual" specialty packaging work best and have a great response and investment benefit.

Bonus Tip

Almost all markets have a certain market of people that no one trades and people may not go directly to these people. And this group of people is looking for a dentist.
