To determine the most qualified student for the global skills scholarship in Japan, the scholarship administrators divided the Yukawa scholarship into four categories.

  •         Category A

To qualify for this scholarship, your child should either rank top 10 at the Olympiad national tests or else win the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize in the national children’s annual science congress. The category comes with a 19 per cent waiver.

  •         Category B

  •         Category D

This category comes with the least waiver of six per cent. Like the other categories, your child should perform better than average.
