The parent company of Yuda (Yulin) Garment Co.,Ltd was founded in 1997 and specializes in the production and wholesale bras, clothing accessories. The factory has developed a series of brassiere and sexy outfit products, including but not limited to wholesale bras,custom bras, push up bra, backless bra, sticky bra, bra tape, bra strap, bra hook, etc.

After 26 years of unremitting efforts, we have continuously expanded product categories and production lines, and applied for more than 20 patents domestically and 2 patents internationally. We promise that our products are nickel-free and pass Oeko-Tex, SGS and ITS testing. The factory has also passed BSCI and GSV, Sedex, FSC and other certifications.

1) Material Selection: Choose a suitable silicone or fabric material that is comfortable, skin-friendly, and provides adhesive properties.

2) Pattern Design: Create a pattern template for the bra’s cups, taking into account different cup sizes and styles.

3) Modeling/Cutting: Use the mould/pattern to cut the silicone or fabric into the desired cup shapes.

4) Adhesive Application: Apply medical-grade adhesive to the inner surface of the cups, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit on the skin.

5) Attachment of Fasteners: Attach any necessary fasteners, such as hooks or clasps, to the outer edges of the cups or the bra’s wings for added support.

6) Quality Control: Inspect each bra to ensure it meets quality standards, including adhesive strength, sizing accuracy, and overall construction.
