His Devour ability, which would be led into LoL smurf accounts the premiere"R" slot, would include harm (for enemies) or a shield (for allies) depending on goals. On top of that, its cooldown will be stretched and, obviously, it would be secured behind a Level 6 encounter barrier.

"With a more cooldown and no access to this ability before [level] 6, competitions should also be able to capitalize on its own downtimes [in greater ways]," Huang said. Finally, Tahm Kench might be getting a bit more self indulgent in his reworked kit, with his Q ability Tongue Lash giving the River King a little health top-up.

The previous time Tahm Kench has been handed an update outside of bug fixes was in LoL patch 9.19, two seasons ago. His Thick Skin passive had its'Grey Health' bonus changed from 30-100% (based on levels) to 75 percent at all levels.

Originally, Riot said that the River King's capability update would arrive"after the Worlds patch [10.19]." That expected launch date has wrapped up at the space, arrived, and is months at the rearview mirror; Season 11 is currently in full flight.

Riot then pointed into LoL patch 11.10 as a possible launch date, before revealing they're going to need to delay the upgrade again. "We're still dedicated to this Tahm Kench upgrade but we will need to update some of Kench's animations until he's officially unbenched."

Earlier this season, dev Huang verified"that the TK rework is coming today that preseason is settled. We had time to buy LoL accounts complete the job and allocate the resources. Really would prefer to get it out before ace started, but I sadly could not just slap there."
