2. Plunder Guerande for Intel

Travel to Guerande: Go to the outpost of Guerande, which is situated a short distance south of Sainte-Anne. You can fast travel to Skull and Bones Items Sainte-Anne and then sail to Guerande to expedite the process.
Plunder the Outpost:
Approach Guerande and interact with the outpost to initiate the plunder.
While it’s optional to fully complete the plunder and engage with hostile ships, it’s not necessary for the investigation’s progression.
Collect loot from the plunder, including a final clue about John Scurlock’s involvement in the fall of Lanitra.
3. Confront the Culprit

Return to Sainte-Anne:
Sail back to Sainte-Anne to confront John Scurlock, who is located in his office past the Saint-Anne warehouse.
Choose the Dialogue Option:
Select the dialogue option that accuses Scurlock of his role in Lanitra’s fall.
During the confrontation, Scurlock reveals his motives—he was cut out of Schaduw's treasure and sold out Freeman's kingdom for a bounty.
He offers to pay you for Skull and bones items for sale online your silence.
