·         You achieved at least 50% in your 10+2.

·         You are SC/OBC/ST and received 45% in 12th grade; the subject stays the same.

·         You passed the NEET test.

 Many agencies offer "subsidised fees" at Russian medical colleges. In this system, students are asked to pay six years' MBBS costs plus a discount. The amount would be held by the agency, and you would eventually wind up in trouble if they did not pay the university fees on your behalf.
