Make Crepe Paper Lily Artificial Flowers For Home Decoration

This is the way i have been making it and i wanted to show you some examples of what i have made in the past and what i have made hi holly that's my african gray um this is some paper embedded with uh some or i think it's oregano or basil and some dried rose petals and here's one that i i don't know if you can see but it has glitter in it and it is colored with some distressing dyes and here is some with flaxseed and calendula petals which are also known as marigold petals dried and i believe some yep we've got some lavender buds in there as well and you don't need to put all these extras in there you can just make the paper and this paper is um more for a mixed media use it's not really for writing on it's a little bit bumpy and a little more fragile than regular paper but it um gives you a world of possibilities of things that you can do with it it's really pretty and there's so many ways we can use it in our junk journals but today we're just gonna learn how to make the the darn stuff so here we go just some different ideas that you can put little flecks of i think that was from a ferraro rocher chocolate wrapper i just threw the gold foil in there here's.

Lily Artificial Flowers Ideas

Abig one with this has an imprint of a towel on it because it dried on a towel and it does peel right off and what else just some different examples i used some fern leaves in here some of these i made 15 years ago using this basic same method as i will today i don't follow a lot of the rules i just the only thing i make sure that does not go in the paper pulp mix is fabric strings or plastics so make sure that those don't go in and you should be okay here's one just using just the pulp which i think is very beautiful got a bit of a shadow there but i hope you can see it's got a beautiful texture because of the towel that it dried on and you can also have it dry flat if you put it on a bed sheet and let it dry on that beautiful dried artificial flowers embedded there so let me just give you so anything that's a little bit different here these are all pretty much along i just went and gathered these are actually just weed leaves from outside and just some grasses and things like that so very fun things that you can put in here but let's get to it it's very easy process okay so i'm not going to use the world words mold decal or couching i'm just going to say wooden.
