Only in the Idealista portal there are a fortnight of hotel properties that add more than 200 million euros to the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus, the sale of hotels in Ibiza has increased, according to the Idealista portal.

The tourism sector, one of the most affected by the pandemic, begins to retract and causes many hotel establishments to go on the market.

Only in Idealista, and since the state of alarm ended, a fortnight of hotel establishments have been for sale, totaling more than 200 million euros.

The areas of Sant Antoni and Santa Eulària accumulate the main offers, the most expensive being the 3-star Hotel Caribe in the Es Canar area, with 285 rooms and which can be purchased for 52.5 million euros.

Also in Santa Eulària is for sale, for 3.5 million euros, a hotel with a pre-approved expansion project and license to convert the establishment into a boutique hotel. In the market there is also a hostel in this municipality worth 1.8 million euros.

In Sant Antoni, the Hostal Cisne, with 33 tourist beds, is for sale for 1.3 million euros. In Sant Josep a hotel is offered, located 50 meters from the sea, with six floors, in operation and equipped, for 23 million. In Sant Joan you can find an agritourism with two floors, 11

rooms, spa, gym, restaurant ... for 21

million.

According to Idealista, one of the most active advertisers is Gestmadrid Activos Inmobiliarios, which puts about five establishments up for sale, plus several projects.

One of them valued at 41 million euros is a project to build a 5-star hotel with more than 25,000 m2, in the area between Dalt Vila and La Marina. The other project is located in the Ses Figueretes - Platja d'en Bossa area and goes on the market for 35 million euros “as the largest hotel project on the island of Ibiza.
