vacuum mold pressure casting is a copying technique used for the production of small series of functional plastic parts. This is a casting process for elastomers which uses a vacuum to draw any liquid material into the mold.

　　Firstly get a master via machining or printing, and then we put master inside the liquid to set up a silicone mold. With one silicone mold, we could make 10~15 reproductions. We could also mix color with the liquid material. It’s a cost-effective solution for small series. There are many materials that we can choose, such as rubber, silicone, similar to ABS, similar to PP, similar to PMMA and so on.
