Electric cars are a common form of transportation that many people have used. First of all, let's talk about how often the battery of an electric car needs to be replaced.

There are many types of electric vehicles, the most common of which are lead-acid batteries. The advantages of lead-acid batteries are that they are technologically mature and less expensive, but the disadvantages are also obvious, i.e.,cylindrical cell assembly machine insufficient range and shorter service life. Therefore, an electric car equipped with lithium batteries, under normal use, in 6 years do not need to replace the battery. Of course, the specific service life is also based on the owner's daily use of the car to determine.

Next, let's compare which is more durable, 48V20AH or 60V20AH battery.

For people who know about electric cars, they all know that the batteries carried by electric cars are delicate, and not just take a piece of battery and install it on the car. For example, the common 48V20AH and 60V20AH batteries, they are suitable for different types of electric vehicles, and there are also differences in the degree of durability.

After the implementation of the new national standard, 48V20AH batteries are mainly used in electric bicycles. This group of 48V20AH batteries consists of 4 small 12V20AH batteries, and the range is between 50-60 kilometers because the speed is limited to below 25km/h. And 60V20AH batteries are mainly used in electric mopeds. A set of 60V20AH batteries consists of five 12V20AH small batteries, so the price of new batteries is slightly higher. Since the maximum speed is limited between 25-50km/h, the range is slightly lower, around 40-50 kilometers.

In reality, there is not much difference in performance between the two batteries and their lifespan is almost the same. The only difference is that 60V batteries can be paired with higher performance motors, while 48V batteries can only be used on e-bikes.

Finally, let's compare which is more cost-effective, graphene batteries or lithium batteries.

Graphene batteries and lithium batteries are two popular types of batteries that are commonly used in high-end electric motors. Whether in terms of range, life span or price, they are far ahead of other types of batteries. So which battery should we choose to be more cost-effective?

Graphene batteries can last more than 5 years, while lithium batteries can last more than 6 years. This shows that lithium batteries are a bit more durable. However, there is a price difference between the two. Although graphene batteries are a bit more expensive than regular lead-acid batteries, they are only about twice as expensive.

Therefore, if you ask me to choose graphene batteries or lithium batteries more cost-effective, I would choose graphene batteries. However, you need to pay attention to a small problem: if you are replacing the old electric car with a new battery, it is best to follow the "original" principle. If the original use of electric vehicles is lead-acid batteries, try not to replace them with lithium batteries; if the original use of electric vehicles is lithium batteries, try not to replace them with lead-acid batteries. This is for safety reasons.
