Yeah, the balloon events suckbut I truly dislike what they did with the Fishing Tourney and Bug-Off. On paper, catching lots of bugs and fish to Animal Crossing Items find the gold decoration makes sense, however that I don't have enough time to dedicate to get 300 in the middle of the afternoon. Particularly in a game that's made to be played just a little each day. And of course it is such a grind it takes away from the fun.

They maintained Summer was an event (which had balloon furniture) and now we're in Fall which also has balloon furniture, and now I'm probably forgetting more balloon furniture I've totally disregarded.

I guess I didn't think of them as events. That's just become the theme of the recipes in the balloons: Spring'd bamboo-themed recipes.

Easter was ridiculous though, no arguments here.

You've summed up fairly well how I feel about the match. After I realised I did not care about decorating my home or speaking to villagers, and that is exactly what the whole match is, I gave up.

I believe my shifting taste in games also contributed a large role in my lack of curiosity about the most AC entrance, but you're right. If you do not delight in making the town/your house look fine there really isn't a lot to do besides finish the museum once more.

Oddly enough, what that I missed about this match was that the mundanity of this. I didn't play a lot of the following entries, but I loved booting up that first GC match and only watering my plants, talking to Animal Crossing New Horizons Bells for sale my villagers, and assessing out the store. It was so straightforward and so calming. I'd anticipate in-game events for a complete week, or be so excited when a guest NPC was around the island. I didn't need to do anything except be a villager, and revel in my life.
