Typical aluminium sheet thicknesses can range from 0.2 mm to 500 mm, depending on the product's needs and the application. Care must be taken throughout this procedure because excessive pressure might harm the material itself and result in abnormalities in the completed product. After rolling, the surface is polished to remove any flaws or blemishes before being delivered to be used in various industries.
Mining

Casting

Rolling
