The Texans uniforms have remained largely unchanged since they became a Mut 23 Coins expansion team in 2002. There's nothing wrong with them functionally. the uniforms however, that they're a boring uniform that fails to stir any emotions. The main issue is that they're too similar to the design and color scheme that of The New England Patriots, which isn't a good thing when you're an inferior team.

The fans have been waiting for more excitement from the Texans in the form of their uniforms, and it could be an indication that they're headed in the right direction. The red chrome on the Battle Red helmets makes the team stand out and really makes the steer's head pop off the helmet more.

The new helmets are great however they do not allow fans to purchase. I'm for the Texans switching to their ref chrome helmets for the duration of the season and a fresh design of their red alternate jersey being their home uniform while whites are the away jerseys. In fact I'd love to see the team drop their white jersey and shifting to a lighter grey or silver, to differentiate their own style even more.

The laughter of laughing at the Panthers is the right response following their lengthy flirtation with Baker Mayfield finally resulted in the trade. Carolina's unorthodox approach to their QB role seemed to be framed more around saving money rather than attempting to achieve sustained results, initially attempting to trade Madden 23 Coins Watson for a deal and then being linked to any available QB in the market, before finally signing Matt Corral.
