UMRAH has significant importance in Islam, considered a mini Hajj. Being the practice of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), we should perform it. Many travel organizations are working to deal with this spiritual journey. They are facilitating hajjis by providing different UMRAH packages as September UMRAH Packages.

Through this spiritual trip, Muslims purify themselves from all sins by following the practice of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Planning & Travelling for UMRAH is an honor given by Allah SWT. As hajji becomes Allah’s guest at his home in Makkah. UMRAH has four main pillars Ihram, Tawaf, saee, and halq.

1st Pillar of UMRAH Wearing Ihram:

When the one who wants to perform UMRAH reaches the Meeqat. Men are to change into their clothing of Ihram, while there is no specific clothing for women, except that they are not allowed to wear the face-veil and gloves. As for men, they must take up their Ihram at the Meeqat by wearing two pieces of cloth named the Izar and the Ridaa. The Ridaa covers the top half of the body, while the Izar covers the lower half of the body. Then the hajji makes the plan at the Meeqat to start the rites of UMRAH by entering the state of Ihram. The niyya must be made in the heart, while the speech completed afterward is “Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk”. This speech starts the rites of UMRAH. So the first pillar of UMRAH is the Ihram.

2nd Pillar of UMRAH Performing Tawaf:

Kaaba is the house of Allah. According to Islamic traditions, it was constructed by Prophet Ibrahim AS with the expertise of Allah SWT. So when we do UMRAH through customized packages or cheap Umrah packages 2023, we not only visit Kaaba, but also have to do Tawaf. Tawaf has also been the practice of Prophet Ibrahim As and later by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Performing Tawaf is the second pillar of UMRAH.

The Third Pillar of UMRAH Performing Saee:

SAEE is implemented in remembrance of the actions of the wife of Prophet Ibrahim AS. When Hagar AS give birth to Hazrat Ismail AS, Prophet Ibrahim AS took them to this place where SAEE is performing these days. Hazrat Hagar AS ran between Mount Safa and Mount Marwa in search of water for his child. This act was much considered by Allah SWT. And now, it has become an exercise for all Muslims during UMRAH and Hajj. Without SAEE, UMRAH is not completed. Saee is the third pillar of UMRAH.

The Fourth Pillar of UMRAH Halq:

The last pillar of UMRAH in which Muslims cut their hair is well-known as Halq. In Islamic traditions, this act means the obedience of Will to Allah SWT over admiring looks. Allah likes sacrifices by his beloved being, so the best sacrifice is to kill our internal ego and adopt purity.

Leaning from Islamic Traditions:

UMRAH is a non-mandatory obligation that explains to us how rich Islam is? Each act of this exercise is associated with some significant incident in history. By performing this obligation, we not only follow the footsteps of Prophets. But also get ready ourselves for the future life.
