  • Three different types of fares are available from the airline: Wanna Get Away, Anytime, and Business Select. Wanna Get Away fares are reusable but not refundable when a Southwest Airlines flight is cancelled, however Anytime and Business Select fares are totally refundable and reusable.
  • Wanna Get Away, Anytime, and Business Select prices can only be utilised for a subsequent trip by the original booked passenger up to one year after the initial date of purchase, in accordance with Southwest cancellation policy.
  • As long as cancellations were made in compliance with Southwest Airlines' no show policy, fares are both reusable and refundable.
  • where a flight cancellation must occur at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • When seeking Southwest Airlines cancellations for Anytime and Business fares, customers have the choice of receiving a refund in the original form of payment or Travel Funds for future use.
  • The leftover point balance will be paid back to the account from which the cancelled Southwest Airlines flights were purchased. A Southwest Airlines flight refund is available for all taxes and fees.
