As someone at WOW WOTLK Classic Gold a guild that does mythic I've even noticed the lack of new recruits and individuals slowly bleeding from the roster, particularly now as it is the last raid tier and this patch is gonna tug for a long ass time, so people leave to do other stuff until the next expansion. Even I am not playing as actively as I used to because I believe this patch is atrocious, I only log for a weekly raid and one night to run keys together with my M+ group (down in the normal 3 nights we used to operate ) and spend all my remaining spare time replaying the Bioshock, Fallout and Devil May Cry series while awaiting shadowlands to edge somewhat closer.

I am not somebody who recruits for a guild nor a GM/officer but I think the best thing to do now is just wait for when shadowlands is going to fall as people will come back on account of the hype and there's likely to be a flood of new and returning guildless people looking to trial. That is, if your guild can survive that. This is my experience. Retail guild expired because not enough people showed up for next night of Mythic raid on Saturday.

It has been a problem for weeks and it was eventually the breaking point for the direction. The raid group has shifted during every tier of BfA. Only the direction, myself along with two/three different members have been at the guild/raid team since Uldir (and I just pick the very first jelqing Prog/Farm) so they got tired of bleeding WOW players/losing WOW players and disbanded. Having to looking for a new guild on Retail sucks even on Stormrage, especially at the conclusion of an expac. I'm thinking of only rerolling Horde or playing a server that is smaller to find a new guild to pay with.

One of your primary issues when it comes to community is that you're on Draenor. It is one of the biggest EU realms and as a result it's a massive cesspool of garbage with hardly any great things to say of it in general. I used to play on Draenor, and then moved down to cheap WOTLK Classic Gold Magtheridon and it's a lot better though Magtheridon remains a horrible realm.
