Respected Sir

With all due respect, this letter is in relation to the Show Cause notice I received for withholding the cash and depositing late in the bank. I apologize for the mishap but the sole reason behind this is the system’s technical issue.

The upgradation was time-consuming. I even waited after the working hours ended but all of that did not work out. I deposited the required amount of cash in the bank the next day, first thing in the morning. Kindly check and look into the matter so that the warning is cleared on my account.
