The Best Lost Ark Deathblade build: Engravings. When an Lost Ark character reaches Level 50, you can apply Engravings to their character Lost Ark Gold. Engravings are part of the Lost Ark's content at the end of the game, and allow you to apply different buffs as well as enhancements to customize your character's outfit a bit more.

Apart from the general engravings accessible to all characters, every class comes with the option of having two "class extra" engravings specific to them. Effectively, they allow you to select a subclass to specialize in. The engravings for the Deathblade class include Surge and Remaining Energy These come with the following benefits:

Remaining Energy effectively adds two seconds for Deathblade Arts triggered by a Death Orb, as with this benefit, the meter isn't depleted after two seconds of deploying. Furthermore, performing the Deathblade Arts burst attack grants another 30 second boost to movement speed, attack speed, and attack power.

Surge offers a stack Surge Enhancement every when your Deathblade lands a hit with all attacks (except for default attacks and awakening skills) when Deathblade Arts are in use. The maximum stack number is 20 and each stack increases your outgoing damage by 7.5 percent (and at higher levels of power, attack power increases by up to 1% per stack as well). When Deathblade Arts reaches the end of its lifespan and ends, each Surge Enhancement fills up that Death Orb by five percent.

Both are worthy choices and both are worth considering, but the complexity of Surge in conjunction with the incredible PvE rewards offered from Remaining Energy Buy Lost Ark Boosting, mean that the majority of players choose to go for the former.
