First, the appearance quality
(1) The welding should be straight and the surface texture should be uniform after polishing. There should be no obvious scratches, hammer marks and burn marks.
(2) The welding parts of the water tank should be firm, the welding lines are uniform, and defects such as incomplete penetration and cracking are not allowed. The exposed welds should be polished or decolored.
(3) The edge of the sink should be smooth and no sharp corners or burrs are allowed.

Second, the drainage mechanism
(1) When the drain filter is in the state of sealed water, the leakage amount shall not exceed 1% after 2 hours of filling with water.

a) The wall thickness of the drain pipe should not be lower than the following requirements:
The trap pipe assembly is 1.57 mm; the drain pipe body (except the trap) is 1.62 mm.
b) The drain body made of brass or stainless steel is 0.56 mm. The other is 0.38mm.
(3) The water seal height of the trap should not be less than 50mm.
(4) The drainage mechanism and the tank body should be tight and there should be no leakage. When the hot water is discharged, the hose will not be displaced from the joint.
(5) The drainage mechanism shall be able to drain the water from the full tank within 2 minutes, and there shall be no flaky residual water at the bottom.
(6) There should be no cracks and no leakage after the aging performance test of the drain pipe.

Third, carrying capacity
(1) The bottom of the tank should be able to withstand a concentrated load of 100kg, and its deformation should be less than 3mm.
(2) After the tank is subjected to 100kg load, there shall be no abnormal phenomena such as sinking, cracking and desoldering.

Fourth, the silencer pad
(1) The sound-absorbing pad must be firmly attached and flat, and the noise can be significantly reduced when used in water.
(2) The use of adhesives shall comply with HJ/T 220-2005 "Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products"

Five, anti-reverse coating
(1) Effectively prevent back condensation and dripping.
(2) The coating should be firm and uniform, and no defects such as flow marks, exposed bottom, wrinkles and falling off are allowed.
(3) Coatings shall not artificially add substances harmful to human body such as phthalates, halogenated hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene.

Six, accessories requirements
Accessories for spouts, hardware, plastic parts, wood products, etc. must meet the technical requirements of the corresponding national standards and environmental labeling products.
