Borussia Dortmund and Puma just launched the club's controversial new Cup kit.

Debuted in the Champions League opener at Besiktas, the BVB 21-22 cup jersey came with a bit of a surprise - there's a subtle embossed club badge on the left chest.

This picture shows the Borussia Dortmund 2021-2022 Champions League jersey, made by Puma.

Compared to Puma's standard yellow for the club, Cyber Yellow, the Puma Borussia Dortmund 2021-22 Cup jersey is Safety Yellow, which is a more garish shade of the color, somewhat similar to the iconic hues.

Based on Puma's global third kit template, it features a bold BVB 09 text across the chest, framed by two thin horizontal black bars. This design is similar to the third jerseys released by Puma for the likes of Man City, Milan, Marseille, Gladbach and PSV.
