Staging Your House For Sale - How to Keep Your Bathroom Perpetually Fresh
Realtors are able to see a variety of bathrooms - of different sizes, shapes, and types. Some bathrooms have themes and others are stylish. Some need lots of work, and some require a thorough clean.
Although styles and styles differ in bathrooms, everyone is on one thing: they have to smell fresh and clean in blue world city Islamabad. Which is the trick? When it comes time to prepare your house for sale, I don't keep secrets from motivated sellers like you!
1. Start with a scrupulously clean bathroom. Clean smells clean. After you've made it cleaned, how can you keep it that way? Oh my I'm here to give you some tips and show you how to make you house stage with ease!
2. Try continuous products. I like the little toilet bleach tabs. Clean the toilet, pull the up the top of the toilet and then drop the tab just like it tells you on the packaging. Now carefully put that top back on and appear confident. Each time someone in your home flushes, a little bit of that cleaning product will splash around and keep your toilet fresh. The generic brands work in the same way as the costly ones at our house.
3. Tuck away a Bounce dryer sheet or two. My cousin taught me this trick. She would place one of them under the trash bag inside her adorable trash bin and hid another one in the pretty potpourri jar on her bathroom counter. The sheets weren't visible but you could smell that fresh laundry smell immediately you entered through the door of her bathroom. Lovely!
4. Emergency Clean Kit's located under the sink and I'm not scared to make use of it! It happens. The doorbell rings. You race through the house, place the newspaper on a cushion on the sofa, kick the dog's toy in the cupboard, then then your next thought is the bathroom. Even your child in elementary school can be trained to tidy up the bathroom if you have the right tools in your arsenal: paper towels, Windex and a pack of disposable bathroom wipes and a couple of plastic bags for grocery shopping (for disposing of your cleaning materials.)
5. Don't touch the towel!! I'm sure you've got gorgeous sets of towels that will perfectly match your bathroom. As you are staging your home be sure that nobody inside the home is touching them. Now is the time to put a dark brown towel (or even rolls of towels) on the counter. This essential item can be hidden in the sink whenever visitors come by and your towels for guests are still beautiful. This isn't being a cheater. This is using your brain.
