Manufacturing Process

The basic process of cold-drawing: Hot-rolled bristle tube →bristle tube inspection and trimming → bristle tube pickling → bristle tube rechecking after pickling → cold-drawing → straightening before fine drawing → pickling and lubrication →Fine-drawing → Finished product pre-treatment → Storage.

1. Hair Tube

2. Re-inspection
