This means that by the year 2030, the total Malaysian workforce will be about 47.3 million, with an estimated shortage of 13 million skilled professionals.

To address this issue, various corporations are turning to manpower agencies. These corporations can hire people with skillsets that vary based on their current needs. However, manpower agencies are also having a tough time trying to find employees for their clients. The major issue is the cost of hiring. There are also ever-changing government policies which makes it difficult for them to predict what will happen so they can plan ahead.

The traditional method of advertising doesn't work anymore and there isn't a platform where employers can find qualified workers for their business. HR managers have been scouting for talent in the past, but that takes too much time and resources, not to mention money. The workforce has been shrinking rapidly in Malaysia because of this problem.

This is the major problem faced by many medium-sized companies - they need creativity from different people with different skillsets, but it's hard to find them in a pool of applicants who are not qualified or don't have the relevant skillsets. To solve this problem, manpower agencies Malaysia are providing a platform where employers can find qualified workers quickly while also increasing the talent pool.

In the past, businesses and government authorities had a clear direction of how to solve this issue. However, the recent changes in the market have made it difficult for them to come up with a long-term solution. The agencies are having a lot of trouble finding enough manpower and workforce even though they have been working diligently on trying to solve this problem. And if we don't come up with a perfect solution soon, this will never get solved.

In order to resolve these issues together, we need to have good policy and figure out what is best for everyone involved. The government needs to set up a clear direction for this issue, which will be followed by the business and agencies. All three parties need to work together in order to come up with a perfect solution.
