As we begin Week 3 of the 2021-22 NFL season, EA has updated Madden 22's rosters to Mut 22 coins reflect Week 2's performance. There were no major surprises with this update, but a handful of notable names did get a bump in their ratings.

Most notable was a 2-point increase in Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski's overall. He's gone from an overall launch rating of 86 to an overall rating of 89 in only two weeks. It's true that he's worthy of it. Gronk has already registered 12 receptions, 129 yards and four touchdowns in two weeks. He's on top form for the first week of the season and something tells me this won't be the final of his ratings rises.

Tyrann Mathieu, Kansas City Chiefs safety is another star name who has seen ratings rise. Mathieu was unable to play in Week 1 because of a positive COVID testing, made his season debut on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. What a start it was with Honey Badger recording two interceptions that he returned for a touchdown. Mathieu's Awareness and Catch rating both rose one point to 99 and 8 respectively. His overall rating is now 96.

The Titans running back Derrick Henry had his ratings modified following his impressive performance against the Seattle Seahawks. However, the Titans running back is still at a 96 overall. Henry's start rating shocked the majority of fans who believed that he was among the top running back in the league. Henry certainly proved his case for himself with 182 rushing yards and three touchdowns in Week 2. Henry's receiving was up two points to 64, but his break tackle dropped to a surprising 92.

One player worth keeping to watch is Carolina Panthers half back Christian McCaffrey who was injured with a hamstring injury in the game on Thursday night against the Houston Texans. Although injuries aren't often a aspect in player ratings in Madden 22 but it could be fascinating to buy Madden nfl 22 coins see Henry to take his place as the best back in Madden 22.
